Tuesday – Thinking Magnificently About Christ
John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Thought For The Day:
Today I will think magnificently about Christ, who He was in the beginning and who He is now as God with me, If He Created the universe, He can do magnificent things in my little world.
Happy Tuesday!!!  How are you doing with your life changing ways of look at food? Our suggestions aren’t a diet or drop weight quick thing… we must change our thinking about food... This is a life style change and it takes time to get there… but you will get there!!! Be encourage you can do all things through Christ which strengthens me J. Health and Wellness secret, communicate
As we grow older, it becomes very challenging to stay connected with friends and family. Doing so, however, is still an important part of a healthy later life. If you are having trouble keeping an active social life, why not try to meet up with people you like on a regular basis, make new friends, or do some volunteer work. Try and spend time with at least one person every day.
Hobbies Are Good for the Soul
Enjoying healthy aging relies a great deal on finding meaning and enjoyment in life. While this can vary from person to person, some possibilities for maintaining this quality of life can include playing with grandchildren, getting involved in the community, joining clubs, or just enjoying nature. These and more will keep your spirits high and help you age better. And if you are young with another Lover, separate Hobbies are a healthy choice for one’s own creative space.
Healthy Meal For The Day:
Tuesday

We suggest buying fresh fruits in season because they will be less expensive and more flavorful. For breakfast, eating a whole-wheat bagel with low-fat cream cheese and orange juice will give anyone energy for his day. For lunch, vegetable soup with whole-grain crackers and low-fat cheese with grapes will make him feel good about his choice. For dinner, whole-wheat pasta with turkey meatballs and a tossed salad with low-fat salad dressing is a fantastic way to reward him for eating well.
