- The Inner Secret
John
7:38
"He
who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, 'From his innermost being shall flow
rivers of living water.' "
Though
For The Day:
Draw
from the well, for the more you draw the more the artesian replenishment of the
Spirit will be given.
This
is the day the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. Good
morning how was your weekend? I hope nice… get ready to exercise by jogging in
place, going for a walk, or just doing house work .. Move more and eat less…..
We all need to keep that in mind. Take
a Walk around the Block
Take
the dog for a walk, go for an evening run, or ride your bike around the
neighborhood. These are all ways to easily reduce feelings of depression and
anxiety. You could also incorporate some social activities into your exercise
routine by walking or biking with a friend, or by joining a group exercise
class.
After
Your Walk, curl up to writing your own Diary
Diaries
are no longer just for teenage girls. Writing in a journal will allow you to
reflect on your day and how certain activities may be causing stress without
you even realizing it. Journal writing can also act as an outlet for a
stressful day. Sometimes just getting emotions out on paper will be enough to
reduce stressful and nagging feelings.
Healthy
Meal For The Day
Monday
Because Monday is the start of the
work and school week, a person should keep meals simple to stay on track. For
breakfast, whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk and a banana is a great choice.
For lunch, a person should consider a turkey sandwich on whole-wheat bread with
an apple, carrot sticks and low-fat yogurt. For dinner, chicken stir-fry made
with low-sodium soy sauce and frozen vegetables served with brown rice is a
healthy option.
