Then he said to them, "Go, eat of the fat, drink of the sweet, and send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength."
The Thought For The Day:
Before I do anything else today, I will get “rejoiced”- for the joy of the Lord is my strength!!
This morning is “Freedom Friday” we when think about the goodness of Jesus and all he had done in our lives … we must give God the praise and glory for everything ….  We are going to talk about eating 6 meals per day.. Wow that seem a lot but really it isn’t. By eating 3 square meal and 3 snakes in between the meals you will never go hungers… don’t skip meals it will keep you from getting into the scarf mode… meaning you will go crazy on food and most cases you will grab for the wrong food every time I have been there  and done it J. Here are so help hints from not going there… drink 16 oz. of water 1 hour before each meal, and before bedtime, stay away from sugar , exercise and tone while losing the weight, drink a glass of boiling water daily after each meal, increase the quantity of fruits and veggies and low calorie foods. Avoid rice, potatoes, bacon which contains carbohydrates and sodium.
Remember to exercise it is an important part of your weight reduction and it will burn al your calories.
Changing of Your Lifestyle
Though the definitions range from the strictly physical to the deeply spiritual, most agree that health and wellness involves making conscious decisions to improve a person's overall state of health. Common components of the pursuit of health and wellness are:
  • Healthier food consumption - This is considered to be a crucial part of achieving good health. Avoiding smoking, wearing sunblock, and obeying the speed limit are all examples of steps that people take to keep themselves healthy
A Healthy Meal For Friday
Another breakfast idea that might be great for your Friday morning is a glass of milk and an English muffin with peanut butter and sliced bananas on top.
