This is a trustworthy statement; and concerning these things I want you to speak confidently, so that those who have believed God may be careful to engage in good deeds. These things are good and profitable for men.
The Thought For The Day:
Any Christian who is not involved in some ministry to people’s needs has missed his or her calling. Have you done well?
Good morning Saints of the most high God… it is “ Steadfast Saturday.” Is it well with your soul today? If not then we all need to connect  with our Heavenly Father more… today is a good day for a nice walk or even just some sit ups and jumping jacks and even  jumping rope… sometimes we have make our workout fun and change up every once in a while.
Dehydration is a subtle problem that affects many of us. The effects show up as diminished efficiency, fuzzy headedness, and other problems that can be caused by many things. You've heard about drinking those 8-10 Glasses of Water a Day. This cleans out toxins and helps the body function much better. I keep a sports bottle by my desk and sip constantly. Depending on your diet you might want to add a little salt to your food to replace what's lost by drinking that much water
A Healthy Meal For Saturday
Saturday morning might be a relaxing time to make whole grain French toast topped with blueberries and strawberries and a glass of orange juice or milk. For lunch, try tuna salad on whole grain bread with a cup of vegetable soup or a side salad. When it's time for dinner, try homemade pizzas with whole-wheat or gluten-free pizza crusts, low-fat mozzarella cheese and lots of vegetables for toppings. The Food Network has a recipe for grilled zucchini and herb pizza you might enjoy.
