To Chew On:
3 John 1:2
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

Today is a beautiful day
….. Did you stretch, eat fruits and veggies? Don’t forget to get enough water…
Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!!!!! Remember to move more and eat less.
When working out for the
first time in a while, or coming back from a long illness. Do what we all have
heard all of our lives? Consult a physician
first.. When can create a torn muscle on top of what you've already
gone through. Plus, and a big time plus, never take any medication with another
person’s name prescribed to that medication. To many stories my wife and I have
seen, where it just brings more pain and illness in one’s life.
Tips of eating right to
live healthy
What not to many people
know, I am a very good cook. And here is some healthy tips to improve your
lifestyle with solid eating habits.
Enjoy plenty of whole
grains, fruits and vegetables. Surveys show most
Americans don't eat enough of these foods. Do you eat 6-11 servings from the
bread, rice, and cereal and pasta group, 3 of which should be whole grains? Do
you eat 2-4 servings of fruit and 3-5 servings of vegetables? If you don't
enjoy some of these at first, give them another chance. Look through cookbooks
for tasty ways to prepare unfamiliar foods.

Meal for the Day
Monday
A good breakfast will start your week off right. Have
whole grain toast with low-fat cheese melted on top and an apple for breakfast.
For lunch, have 2 cups raw, chopped vegetables dipped in hummus, a quinoa salad
and a small orange. Dinner can be simple marinated chicken breasts broiled,
served with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
