We have some more great tips… (75-80).

75. Save 85 calories just by swapping mustard for mayonnaise in a sandwich.

76. Do your best to ensure you're not eating after 7 o'clock at night. You're more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal.

77. Try a pasta-less spaghetti by mixing shredded zucchini, veggie meatballs and raw tomato sauce seasoned with a dash of zesty oregano.

78. Fresh herbs can really zing up a healthy meal. Try growing some in the kitchen using a strawberry pot. Preserve the flavor by adding fresh herbs at the end of the cooking process.

79. Fast food is salty food. If you cut back on the salt, in a few weeks you'll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to.

80. The rub on ground turkey is that it's dry. Add some olive oil and finely blended onions to a turkey burger or turkey meatball to enhance its juiciness.

My Basic Grooming Routine


6. I moisturize with Derma e Vitamin A Cream, and I apply a health food store sunscreen with SPF 30.

7. I brush my teeth with my favorite toothpaste, Nature’s Gate Whitening Gel, and use a toothbrush made of recycled yogurt cups. 

8. I apply my eco makeup in this order: Foundation, concealer, powder, mascara, eyebrow filler, blush, and lipgloss.

9. In the evening, I wash, tone, and moisturize my face before going to bed, and I use Zweena Argan Oil as a nightly serum.

10. When it’s time to shave the gams, I use my Merkur safety razor with Kiss My Face shaving cream. It’s eco, effective, and awesome!

A Healthy Menu For
THURSDAY
For breakfast, choose 1 cup All Bran cereal topped with 1 small, sliced banana, 1 cup nonfat milk and coffee or tea with a sugar substitute. Lunch can include a turkey sandwich, 1 cup tossed green salad with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and vinegar and a baked apple. Your dinner meal includes 1 cup lentil soup, 6 saltine crackers and 1 cup nonfat milk. For dessert, try one small slice angel food cake and ½ cup strawberries.
