Food To Chew On:

Forgive Yourself—in Jesus’ Name

Ephesians 1:7 (NKJV)

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

Thought For The Day:

Today, I will not withhold forgiveness for myself…~Amen~

Happy Testimony Tuesday. It’s very exciting when your cloths start getting looser… we really can give your testimony on what you are doing… and when you start doing little changes than you will see big results… So Keep Up The Great Work, You Can Do It!!!! J
We have more tips on keeping you on the right track…..
(65-70)

65. Turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap. Add a little Dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor.

66. Eat a rainbow of colors. Have at least one brightly colored fruit or vegetable in each meal, and, if appropriate, eat the skins -- that's where you'll find a powerhouse of antioxidants.

67. Make an office snack box of your own so you're not tempted by your colleague's candy bowl. Fill it with small individually packaged portions of soy chips, almonds and dried fruit.

68. For a thicker, creamier texture, choose low-fat, unsweetened Greek yogurt. Loaded with protein, calcium and natural probiotics, it makes for a tasty snack any time.

69. If you're 'cooking' food in the microwave, chances are you're eating unhealthy packaged foods. If you must microwave, consider soy chicken patties, veggie burgers or steamed vegetables and brown rice.

70. Make your wardrobe match your goals. As you lose weight donate the clothes that no longer fit you as an incentive to stay on track.

Arm Workouts For Seniors And The Elderly

Arm workouts for seniors and the elderly like the Triceps Kickback are vital for older adults to maintain upper arm strength.

This will give you more power when using armrests to rise from a chair or bed.

The triceps is the muscle that assists in extending your arm when reaching or raising your hand over your head to get something from a high shelf.

Increased arm strength will also help in most of your daily activities including, holding groceries, opening doors, sweeping floors, and lifting your grandchildren!

It is important in this exercise to keep your elbows high during the backward movement.

This will assure you optimal training in your triceps by keeping the shoulder still.

If So Many Basic Grooming Products Are Filled With Toxins, What *Can* We Use?

Stay away from the majority of drug store products.

Many mainstream cosmetics are filled with petrochemicals and synthetic fragrances. These bad chemicals could potentially be harmful to your reproductive organs, endocrine system, and overall health.

It's estimated that 60 percent of what you put on your body gets into it and then stores itself in your tissues. (Not to mention the environmental damage from the manufacturing of these products!)

A Healthy Menu For
TUESDAY

For breakfast, eat 1 cup raisin bran cereal with 1 cup nonfat milk, 1 cup blackberries. Enjoy this with coffee or tea with a sugar substitute. Lunch consists of a grilled tomato and cheese sandwich on whole grain bread, 2 celery stalks served with 2 tbsp. chunky salsa for dipping. Add 1 cup red seedless grapes for dessert. For dinner, choose 3 oz. pork tenderloin, 1 cup boiled kale, 1 cup nonfat milk and ½ a red grapefruit. If you are hungry later in the evening, enjoy 3 cups air-popped popcorn.
