I Know How
You Feel
1 John 3:17
(NKJV)
But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in
need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?
Thought For
The Day:
“I prayed to God that He would baptize my heart into the sense
of all conditions, so that I might be able to enter into the needs and sorrows
of all”

Hip
Arthritis Exercises For Seniors And The Elderly
Hip arthritis exercises for seniors and the elderly are vital in
maintaining good bone health.
Hip arthritis usually a form of osteoarthritis or degenerative
joint disease, which is the most common form of arthritis in the United States.
It causes a thinning of the articular cartilage on the outside
of bones at the joint.
Symptoms include pain,
morning stiffness and decreased range of motion in the affected joints.
When starting an exercise program, start slowly and do not place
excessive force on the damaged joint.
Low-impact , non-weight-bearing activities like the hip side
raise below are recommended.
This should minimize the pain and be better tolerated than
exercises like jogging and higher impact activities.

Grassroots Fitness Leads the Charge
The digital world is becoming one where traditional merits are
less sought after and niche information is. Whether we are talking about search
engines or social networking, the web is shaping and molding itself around
communities of people with similar interests, tastes, and preferences.
Fitness and Health is among the most thriving community out
there and for good reason. The current system is unsustainable and our cultures
recognize that. Rather than individualism being surrounded by superficial
consumption, it is shifting towards intellectual, physical, and spiritual
empowerment.
